About Us

Restoration Built on Trust, Speed & Expertise

TrustPoint Restoration is a locally owned restoration contractor based in Nashville, Tennessee, serving twelve cities across Middle Tennessee. We handle water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, and mold remediation for residential and commercial property, including the reconstruction afterward. Owner Brady Bushman holds IICRC certification in water damage restoration and applied microbial remediation, and we are licensed and insured.

Damage does not keep business hours, and the first hour usually decides how large the job becomes. That is why the phone gets answered at two in the morning and why the inspection is free.

More about TrustPoint

Don’t Let Damage Get Worse — Act Now

Water spreads, soot sets in, and the EPA says wet materials dried within 24 to 48 hours usually do not grow mold. The sooner we look at it, the smaller the job stays. The inspection is free.

Our Process

Our Proven Restoration Process

  1. Call us, any hour

We answer 24/7 and walk you through what to do before we arrive, starting with the water main and the breaker panel if that is what the situation calls for.

  2. Free on-site inspection

We meter the affected materials and use thermal imaging to find where the damage actually reaches, which is almost always further than it looks.

  3. A written scope

You get the plan and the price in writing before work starts, along with the documentation your insurance adjuster will ask for.

  4. Mitigation

Extraction, containment, soot removal, or mold remediation depending on the loss. Equipment sized to the space rather than to what is on the truck.

  5. Daily monitoring

We take readings until materials hit a documented dry standard. Drying is finished when the meter says so, not when the surface feels dry.

  6. Repair and rebuild

Drywall, paint, trim, flooring, and cabinetry. The same contractor that dried it puts it back, so nothing falls through a handoff.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What areas does TrustPoint serve?
Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Mount Juliet, Spring Hill, and Columbia. We are based in Nashville at 1305 Murfreesboro Pike.
What does IICRC certification mean?
The IICRC is the standards body for the restoration and cleaning industry. It publishes the standards this trade works to, including S500 for water damage restoration and S520 for mold remediation. Certification means a person has been trained and tested against those published standards rather than working from habit. At TrustPoint, owner Brady Bushman holds IICRC certification in water damage restoration and applied microbial remediation. We also perform fire and smoke restoration and reconstruction, which are not covered by that certification.
Do you do the repairs too, or only the drying?
Both. We handle mitigation and reconstruction, so one contractor carries the job from the emergency call through the finished repair. That removes the seam where mitigation-only and repair-only companies tend to hand off problems to each other.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We document the loss with photographs, moisture readings, equipment logs, and a written scope, and we work directly with your adjuster. We do not make coverage determinations, since that is between you and your carrier, but we make sure the evidence is there.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We come out, assess the damage, and give you a written scope at no cost. If the situation does not warrant restoration work, we will tell you that instead.
Do you handle commercial property?
Yes. Offices, retail, restaurants, multi-unit residential, and warehouse and distribution space, alongside single-family homes.

Damage gets worse with time

Water spreads and soot sets in the longer damage sits, so drying and cleaning have to start right away. Call and we will look at it today.
